productsThe standardization of olive oil is a key factor in ensuring consumers the authenticity and quality of our products. The extra virgin olive oil is a totally natural product which is received as it is produced in the mill without any editing or mixing. Shortly after, we carefully start the standardization of our extra virgin olive oil to offer it to you in the exact form that is given through the mill’s procedure.

 

The packages used have been chosen with strict criteria for the quality assurance of the product. The dark glass bottle prevents or,  in the worst case, slows down the oxidation. That is because the dark green bottles protect the oil from light rays of 300-500 nm length.
